For Current Tenants:
Rent is due by the first of every month. The Bookkeeper should email you an invoice beforehand. Please email rental [dot] fai [at] gmail [dot] com if you did not receive an invoice.

- Make check out to Source
- Write Studio # and building in memo line
- Drop check in lockbox near kitchen in the Co-op- 2601 2nd Ave.
